a) 1 x H20/Liquid fast/weekly = 4 x H20/month = 12 H20/3months
b) only liquids/fruits n veggies after 6pm
c) 50 jumping jacks (5 times/weekly)

i will restrict my alcohol intake.i also want to set myself free from this addiction… (good for my body and soul)
i will meditate as much as i can
yoga few times a week
i’m willing to change.i know i am ready this time.
