reach my goal weight and stay there
PLAN FIRST(For 3 months)

i will lose 10 kg in 2,5-3 months = 4 kg/month = 1 kg/weekly

current BMI: 22,43
goal BMI : 18-19
cw:~ 56kg
gw:48-45kg

a) 1 x H20/Liquid fast/weekly = 4 x H20/month = 12 H20/3months
b) only liquids/fruits n veggies after 6pm
c) 50 jumping jacks (5 times/weekly)
50/day = 250/month = 3000/3months

also :
i will restrict my alcohol intake.i also want to set myself free from this addiction… (good for my body and soul)
i will meditate as much as i can
yoga few times a week

i’m willing to change.i know i am ready this time.
and i’m doing this only for myself.

Woman, that’s way too fast. You are not so big to lose that much in so short time. Take care of your health. :-)

thanks for your comment.i will think about that and change my deadline if it will be difficult for my body to exist:)
it seems to me that loosing 1 kg in a week is a pretty healthy thing.

oh my gosh.it doesn’t work and yeah it is too self pushing.my body and mind is arising.they say: slow down and create a new healthy eating (and so on..) habbits.
incidentally i gained few pounds and enden with icebucket.:>
so here i am.going back to the start ;>

with a new plan.more gentle and more visionary.
