Right now we’re giving the boys a puzzle piece each time we “catch” them on their best behavior. When they get all pieces of the puzzle (they’re working together), they’ll get a treat.

Maybe we should have agreed upon the treat beforehand? Or once the puzzle is completed, we can talk about it then.
