1. Take better care of my teeth-

Eating low carb
Increase veggie intake
Went food shopping for low carb lunches
Mad list for low carb shopping
Started taking Cod Liver oil

2. Watch and limit sugar intake

3. Become a better cook

4. Declutter for 15 mins a day

5. Keep in better contact with friends I have and make new friends
