I have decided to eliminate man-made sugar from my diet, except in the form of whole breads (until I can find sugar-free breads).
From now on, I will drink only: water, milk, flavored tea.
No more pastries, cookies,ice cream, etc. I’m not a big snack-and-desert eater, so that part will be easy.
The difficult part will be to avoid sugar when eating out. And also, all the sugar hidden in mayo, dressing,ketchup…
