I have gone to the gym for 5 consecutive days and done 400+ calores of cardio each day along with arms/legs/abs every other day . If I have no time for a workout, I just go do 30 mins of cardio, which kicks my butt. I want so badly to lose fat and show that there’s actually muscle under there, that I get up early to go to the gym now

I’m just started doing that too. I just finished school at CCA – (What an ass kicking.) I’m so out of shape now. Time to get back to race weight! Good luck!
