Ok so i ate 2.5 sheik kebabs for dinner. Im not gonna beat myself up about it. And what im definitely not gonna do is think “screw it- now ive had that ill have everything” instead im going to focus on my healthy breakfast and lunch and use this dinner as extra motivation to be good for the week. Talking of motivation, my friend has invited me to her brothers wedding in sept so i deffo wanna lose weight for that bcos the last wedding i went to i came out really chubby in the fotos and although i had an amazing time and it was all beautiful, when i saw myself in the fotos i cudnt help be slightly dissapointed that i didnt look as good as those around me. So heres another wedding and another oppertunity to.be the way i want this time :)
