Creating a Routine

I started doing Leslie Sansone’s walking dvds again. Well, my customized version that is, keeping kicks and knee raises low, no overhead light weights, just bicep curls and lateral raises. I have to say, I like this way of warming up for my physical therapy exercises, better than using the heating pad.

I just have to make sure I take it easy. I have a tendency to get impatient and carried away, only to result in setbacks. Still working on that patience goal. :)
