The girl I mentioned previously I guess was only meant to be in my life for a short time… perhaps I learnt the lesson she was meant to teach me, because as much as we got on and i enjoyed her company, in the end she has decided not to pursue the friendship and we no longer speak.

Ive had other opportunities to meet people of late though, and although in the long run only a small percentage will remain, I have to remember that some friendships are only brief and help us grow as people and that quality is always better than quantity.
