What I’ve done so far:
Completely eliminated sodas.
Had all my screenings and passed with flying colors.
Increased vegetable consumption to 3 servings a day
Eliminated red meat completely out of my diet
Started a consistent exercise program.
Increased water consumption to 32 oz. a day
Eliminated some stress.
Things left to do:
Start purchasing organic foods.
Increase scheduled exercise to 5-6 times a week.
Increase water consumption to 64 oz. a day.
Increase vegetable consumption to 5 times a day
Take multivitamins and vitamin D.
Eliminate ALL stress.
