sometimes we find it hard to be postive with so many negative things around us, relationship not going right, school is ughh, work so much you dont knnow what to do with your self, or unemployed and stressed about paying bills, but I do know that we can handle our selves with a little breathing techniques and think of something that has happened to you to made you happy, I will try to be a more postive person think of the glass as being half full instead of empty lol.
