I’m really proud of this, because it was a random creation using items available in my fridge and it turned out great!
Didn’t follow a recipe, but here’s what I put in approximately:
- 5 eggs
- 5 portobello mushrooms, sliced
- few stalks of asparagus, minced
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of pepper
- 1 tsp of powdered thyme
- 1 slice of mozzarella cheese
