I am not one to toot my own horn but looks like this is the only way to get the acknowledgement that I am doing my job well. We have been re-org’ed and my lead and manager is just too busy to see what we do. Dianne toots toots toots all the time but I am just not that person. I guess I do not have a choice, I need to learn to be that person.I have set up one on one appointments with my manager now and tell her exactly what I am doing, show her my progress and what I have been involved in. I will succeed, no matter what, I will succeed.
