I really want to learn yoga, I tried a class once and it was great :) but the classes were too expensive in the place i tried it and dont know how elseto learn, i cant do the positions and flip pages of a book for example :P
has anyone else done this?? If so, how??

Do you have cable tv? When I did, they had fitness videos ‘on demand’ and they had a yoga one.

or, you could try a cheaper place.

or, try a buddhist temple….

It does help to learn from a live teacher who can correct you. Try a community center or community college or some churches or the discounts on yelp.
