The past few week until June 22/11

MY ONGOING GOALS

1. Take better care of my teeth and watch and limit sugar intake

Went to hygienist
Flossing properly now-
dry brushing to get rid of tartar
Still eating low carb for 2 meal a day.

3. Declutter for 15 mins a day

Moved the charity bags downstairs

4. Keep in better contact with friends I have and make new friends

Met up with l

5. Die Knowing I’ve lived

6. Make the most of my 20’s

7. Read more classics

Reading a few pages of 1984 most nights

8. Expand my vocabulary

When reading

9. Take better care of myself

- Moisturize body every day

- Foot cream some nights

-body brush (only takes a minute but skin appears much healthier

- weekly face mask

- Hygieniest visit

10. Step out of my comfort zone and take healthy risk

12. Find the fun in life

13. Look at virtual positivity board once a day (with positive music)

put it on my phone to remind myself when i am working about where i am going.

14. Listening to audios and meditations

listened to lots of brain wave music

16. Job hunting and increasing my career opportunities

18. A walk a day
