Some things in life are NOT easy, but they can still be very gratifying when we step up to the plate and give a goal the ENERGY it deserves.
Yes, I feel too cerebral or even tired and lack enough sleep to feel like taking my quest for fitness by the balls…but HELLO…If I do just that, THEN, my cerebral self will become more balanced, I will have more energy, and a more stable sleep pattern will follow.
I will stop fooling myself and approach being fit with the same vigor as other important parts of life!!!!!
