We’ve had our first successful crop of lettuce and spinach from our tiny little garden. I’m so proud! We live in a townhouse and grow all of our plants in pots. We’re aiming to keep ourselves stocked up in green leafy salad vegetables all year round. It’s so nice being able to go outside and pick some fresh leaves for my salads every day!
