get laser hair removal (read all 2 entries…)
Smooth, perfect skin...

A few years ago, I started getting electrolysis done because the thought of never shaving or waxing again seemed like such a great gift to myself. About five hundred dollars later, there is an area on my right armpit the size of a nickel that no longer grows hair. So I stopped.

I’d really like to just go get the Laser thing done, but everytime I research it, no one will give an estimate of how much it will actually cost total (just like it was with electrolysis), and there are different warnings about it not working on different skin types, leaving marks, etc. I really want to do this for myself, so I need to actually go in and get a consultation done and commit to figuring out how to pay for it. It just always seems to fall to the bottom of the list.

Thanks for the advice...

Well… here’s my first 43 Things Success story… yesterday I went and paid for five sessions of hair removal. I start on Wednesday and I am very happy that I’m finally doing something i wanted to do for years… if it weren’t for this site, I’d probably still let it just float around in my head somewhere in the lobe that contains my list of goals.

By the way, for those who are interested, 5 sessions is costing me four hundred fifty dollars.
