Strength train
Untitled

I started jogging and bike riding recently and have kinda back-tracked as I was going about twice a week, on average and now I’ve slipped to about once a week because my partner has started working and we can’t go together like we did but I know I can get over that hurdle and get back to my cardio more often, I just have to get used to going by myself. The challenge is going to be the strength training, which shouldn’t be a big thing cuz my BF has a bowflex but I need him to show me how to use it and space is also an issue. We live together so that’s not an issue, it’s just making myself get a start on it. I know it is going to make me feel so awesome and I’ve lost a couple pant sizes and can tell my body is going through a transformation due to the increase in activity with the walking/jogging and biking and that would help me tone up my many flabby areas and become healthier and stronger! I know I can do this!
