I ran on the treadmill again tonight. (I’m aiming for every other day with running.) I increased from the 6 run one/walk one’s which I did last time to 9. It feels great to be making steady progress.

We’ve actually been having some unseasonably warm weather these past few days. But most of the time Baltimore winters are too cold to run outside. (At least for me!) My plan is to build up my endurance throughout the winter on my treadmill. When spring hits I’ll try to get to start running with my friends. Hopefully by then I’ll have the confidence and endurance to keep up with them. Thanks again.
