I went for a walk on the beach at Ocracoke, NC after a heavy rain and before sunset. For about 20 minutes, I was the only human on the beach. Just me and 3 seagulls. It was sublimely serene.

I took photos and a video of the ocean rolling in and out – even caught lightening over the ocean on the video. Saw my 1st sea turtle nests.

I so invite you to find a place that makes you feel serene.
