Donna roadtrip holiday
The past month my DH and I have done sessions where we combine Chest & Back (one set, instead of two, of the 12 exercises) and then we immediately go to the Shoulders & Arms DVD, also one set only of those exercises. It takes almost an hour (yeah, we push the pause button still), but the end-result is an overall upper body workout that seems quicker because we’re aren’t repeating any sets. Nice change of pace.
