Exercising is going really well ...

Well, the training is going just fine. I’ve joined a virtual walking club ‘Chatelaine’ which is free and logs your walks (steps, distance and time). If I’m low on my steps for the day, I get myself out after work to build them up and I feel great. At the end of the day, my biggest opponent is myself, and so I aim to make her my buddy, eventually, my coach. Yep! Here I come Active Healthy Life!
