The walking has really made me feel more energetic, plus has been a part of my loosing NINE pounds over the last five weeks. The other contributing factor to my weight loss is eating much healthier: more fruits and vegetables, less meat, almost no junk food. For a snack, I eat a piece of fruit or have 97% fat-free popcorn.
Even though we’ve had days in the 90 to 100 degree range, I’ve been walking early in the morning, starting at 6:00 or 6:30 a.m. to beat the heat.
