I have hyper mobile joints which was great when I was younger because I could do all sorts of great party tricks like putting my feet behind my neck, doing the splits and bending like a banana. But now that I am getting older it just means sore hips, bad feet, and back pain. Someone suggested pilates is really great for strengthening hypermobile joints so I think I should give it a go. Just trying to find the time now…
