Emma just like the roads I am under the most construction in the summer
How on earth is July over already!? :-(
We’re over half way done with 2011 and so far I feel pretty good.
1) spend more time outside
Our veggie garden here is out of control! lol. I have been spending hours in it pulling weeds and straightening things up. I also have been taking short jogs to break in my new running shoes. And most exciting of all my fiance and I have been riding his motorcycle. Now that’s a fun way to spend time outside.
2) Make sure D knows he is loved
Mainly what I’ve been doing as we cohabitate for the summer is to just make sure the little nit-picky things get done while he’s at work so when he’s home we can spend time together. It’s not like it takes much. Dishes, laundry, yardwork. Basic stuff. I think he appreciates it too.
3) Keep in touch with family
I talk to my sister all of the time, but since my other sister’s moved to Japan I really haven’t talked to her at all. Must work on that!
4) Procrastinate less and study/work more
I couldn’t get through this without my daily to-do lists! Also I just figured out how to work OneNote and Outlook which are fun and functional.
5) Take care of myself
Saw my doc for the year, now I need to get to the dentist and optometrist before school starts.
6) Keep a daily to-do list
See above :-)
7) Spend less money on needless things
I haven’t even had the urge to buy stupid things. My bank account appreciates that.
