I have been thinking a lot about my future lately and realized that I need to start saving money. I am getting married next easter and want to start my own family. I need to be prepared for life unexpected turns of events.

Saving money is an important part of being financially independent, and it is something that I need to seriously start doing. I am going to start by saving 30% of my gross income regardless. That money will go away for the future. It won’t be for spending because I will need it for other things later.
