I heard about it on Dave Ramsey, got it and cook ALL the time now, healthy, yummy food, that for me is on the weight watchers plan and is different every week. Also, different within the week, some seafood, some chicken, some beef, some pork….never just chicken, chicken, chicken like I used to do. We eat a home cooked meal every day now. Oh and did I mention I’ve lost 25lbs so far this year! Not solely because of E-mealz, but e-meals helped to make it more pleasureable and easier for sure!
