Messed all of my progress up

Messed it all up.
I went 5 days without picking
Then I feel one bump on my forehead and I pretty much went ape shit on my face. I picked everywhere.

Looks like it’s the start of Day 1 tomorrow.
I’m so frustrated I could scream.
