I am beginning to discover that I am a procrastinator not because I am lazy, which is what I have always thought, but because I put to much stock in multitasking. The key to not procrastinating is to start and finish a task. I find myself starting tasks and then moving on when I feel it is taking to much time or too many resources. If I focus on starting a task and finishing that task before I even start another my procrastination problem all but goes away. The other great part about this theory is that once I am done with one task I am so much more motivated to complete another! It’s win/win! I love my theory :)
