Logging!
I am pretty much logging my food intake & daily exercise…uhm DAILY! The consistency is helping me to stay aware of where I am and to really examine what I am doing.
I over did the exercise on Friday, skipped totally yesterday. Today I went for two shorter, slower walks on the treadmill. They felt ok, not fabulous. (Friday I was really feeling good, until I felt awful).
Using sparkpeople keeps me aware. Plus I interact with some of my favorite 43T people there. :D
