Diet - Week 2

Weight : 141.8 (-2.4)

Net Loss : 2.4

Pounds away from goal : roughly 11.5 – 16.5

Week in review : Ran three times. Did 6 days of at least 100 crunches. Ate breakfast daily. Replaced a meal almost every day with a salad. Cheated a few times, but watched food intake for the most part.

Plans for week : Run four times and continue to do crunches and eat breakfast daily. Include more fruit and veggie snacks in my day.

What I failed to mention

Was how I bought a bag of sour gummy worms when we had movie night…I think I lucked out and lost a lot of water. This week will be the true test.

It’s been months since you’ve been here, since the whole Hasselhoff avatar week. I miss you Queen of TaCoS.

Did you meet your weight loss goal? You sounded like you were on target with it. I’m still working on mine.
