Exercising:
40 minutes treadmill at the gym

Breakfast: Branflakes
Lunch: Green salad with cottage cheese and 1 pitta bread
Dinner: Lentil soup

Snacks: Cherries, some plain yoghurt

Drinks: Water, white coffee, green tea, espresso, shot of milk before bed
