Right, so week 1 sofar had me doing the Zumba workout four times a week already! Haven’t skipped a day sofar. Times varied between 20 minutes and 40 minutes, my stamina is kinda sad really. I actually walked UP those 16 stairs too, so yay! Tried biking to Dave’s work, lost the chain after less than 15 minutes and had to walk nearly half an hour back :( But hey, they suggest 30 minutes of working out 5 days a week so I’m doing well so far ^^
