Hi Joe
We have been having problems with 43things. I have tried to send messages but I don’t think they are getting through to anyone.
Many of us aren’t receiving notifications.
Also, I’m not able to send PM’s and I keep getting a message that my email hasn’t been verified.
Usually I hear back from someone at 43things when there is a problem but this time I haven’t heard anything.
Can you give us an update (I’ll pass it on to the others)

Since Joe won’t get this notice for a while yet, I’ll respond.
The Robots are aware of the problem with notifications. Robot Kathy and I discussed it last Wednesday. The problem was resolved yesterday, but the mail server has to work through the backlog of messages. It will take a while for it to catch up to current.
Without being verified you can’t PM nor can you go to NW. Until you receive the email to reverify your account, you’re stuck in this limited use of the site. It doesn’t affect your ability to make entries, goals, comments or cheer things.

any emails since those first ones? On Wednesday, I got a couple from comments on the 17th, but I haven’t received any notifications since… Just wondering… :)

Yes and No
I received more notifications for things that occurred on May 18th including a daily cheer report. After that though, I didn’t receive anything. I alerted the Robots last Thursday night, but they tend not to come into the office on Friday (four day work weeks) so the earliest we can expect some resolution would be Monday.
