What does success look like today: Tuesday 23 August 2011

WEEKLY HABITS/GOALS
- Small steps to big results: lose 4.5 lbs in Week 34, and lose 100 lbs in total by 28 August 2011
- Set my bedtime alarm on weeknights at 10 pm – my signal to turn off my PC and get ready for bed
- Declutter and deep clean my home 15 minutes a day in Week 34
- I want to live an authentic life: tell the truth and the hell with it
- Long train running: track my food in Week 34
- Strike up conversations with folk all the time
- Whinge-free week: no moaning about any one in Week 34!

DAILY THINGS
- My motto this week: fearless
- Text Sue to arrange meeting up
- Send/copy all Away day photos and videos
- Make good/healthy food choices today
- Dry body brush
- Laundry in morning/evening
- Drink 2 x bottles of water through the day
- Walk three times a day: short, sweet, ongoing, but regular
- Stop checking her website
- Do my daily budget every day this week
- Use my new ‘to do at work’ book – try one week of writing ALL my tasks here
- Drink green tea in the afternoon at work
- Coconut oil on cuticles
- Pay attention to my hands, and regularly apply sun block through the day (lunch time and home time)
- Check my bank account and Barclay Bank credit card account every day
- Walk down and back up to my office today
- Put away all my clothes every night and every morning: prioritise this as a goal
- Make my home a beautiful haven – light a candle every night
- Buy Mum a nice birthday present
- Leave work at 5.30 each day: stop working at 5, and prep for the following day for thirty minutes
- Chat less, work more
- Put castor oil on eyelashes last thing at night
- Take multi-vitamins
- Sign up for an autumn evening class
- Have smaller meals in Week 34
- Photograph everything I eat and drink in Week 34
- Find a slimming world friendly recipe with avocado, aubergine and artichoke
- Prepare chopped fruit/vegetables every night as a healthy snack for the next day at work (five times)
- Take carrot sticks/pepper sticks to work as a healthy snack (five times)
- I support myself, my work supports me – F**ing prioritise my work when I’m there!
- Vow of silence to work between 10 and 12 and 2 and 5 at work
- Clear my cubicle by the end of the week, and make it my heavenly golden zone
- Take four lunchtime walks this week: start small, but get out there
- Go for a walk last thing at night 6 times out of 7, I think it might be metabolismically significant…
- Take ibuprofen x 2 three times a day in Week 34 for my hip
- Get off the bus and be more active: start getting in the habit of walking one more stop each time
- Keep a fresh daily bottle of water by my side and in my bag at all times and regularly sip and refill!
- Drink two bottles of water a day: open my daily bottle very first thing each morning
- Drink a large glass of delicious, cold and sparkling water in the evening (7 times)
- Set up loveFilm
- Order a good audio book and order a good DVD from the library
- Buy a iPhone 3 screen protector
- Set up a goal for my wish list: all purchases need to rest there for at least thirty days
- Declutter around my TV as a priority
- You don’t bring me flowers: let go of him, it’s too late
- Under no circumstances at all say anything negative to him this week
- But equally under no circumstances do I chase after him this week. Not once.
- Count to 10 before saying something – is this a helpful comment? Remember, I make choices
- Clean bathroom floor
- Clean toilet
- Clean washbasin
- Clean outside of shower
- Make chicken/avocado salad in evening
- Witch hazel cleanser in morning
- Hand scrub
- Order Sunshine on LoveFilm
- ACV shot (with hot water) in evening
- Order cotton wool buds
- Buy a tongue scraper as part of my oral healthy hygiene
- Boxes should have tightly fitted lids: check all lids by Tuesday evening
- Chanel rouge coco hydrating cream in cambon
- Set up a goal for my wish list: all purchases need to rest there for at least thirty days
- Kerastase conditioner
- Set up my Nationwide online account
- Clear my cubicle by the end of the week, and make it my heavenly golden zone
- Order pomegranate seeds in next week’s grocery order
- Build in a meal of sweet potato and cottage cheese for one meal
- Unsalted pistachio nuts
