Apart from me being lazy and not want to sons my life cleaning, my place is a hot mess because if it’s a floordrobe, I won’t be able to do the skipping I’ve choanocytes asy excercise. Lmao :D
why skipping? Because it’s cheap, easy, cam do it inside or anywhere, and is second only to RUNNiNG STAIRS in calorie burning. Just 15 mins will give me 290? Calories burned. Beta slugging it our for an hour doing something else :D
I’m also going o do incidntal excercise. My goal is to do a wall flip. To do this going to have to practice running up a wall and erring height. Then eventually doing t actual wall flip. There is a park directly across the rd from me, through an arcade, that I can practice in :D
that should burn a shitload. And I shoul be able to do soemyhing pretty scorn cool at the end of it. Im also going to get some skates and try tricks on and jumping on that :D. $50 outlay for a ton of fun and eventually a way to get around the city. It’s all about playing and having fun doing shit, for exercise.
I did plan to go to the local free running, parlour thing, which is why I wanted o learn to do the wall flip in the first place :D. So I’ll also free run shot for fun whole I’m at it lmao :D
oh and dancing. Lots and lots of practice from watching clips :D learn the shuffle, etc :D. That’s high energy :D lol
