I admit it I love collecting rocks of all sorts. I have not done this in a very long time. I lived out in South Dakota in the mid 70’s so I have many from that area. Yes I have hauled them with me over the years.

I even have a nice small granite stone that my Dad brought back from the Greenland tundra in 1974.

I have been working on recapturing the things I had a passion for. I used to cut and polish stones and make jewelry.

This looks like a good place to start. Now that I’m living in the NC Mountains I think it’s time to start being a rock hound again!
