get in better shape

This past month Ive been trying to walk/jog everyday. Now i can jog half a mile without stopping. Hey thats a big step for me! Im gonna try to work in some other exercises. Any suggesstions of effective ones i should try? Thank you much…

Crunches, leg lifts, lunges… ans stretching.

Also with low weights (even books or household items) shoulder shrugs, arm raises…. push-ups or pull-ups if you work your way up to them.
