Not feeling great these days. Submitted two documents, which my boss found lackluster.

I had my reasons for cutting corners and there are a lot of reasons why my mistakes were forgivable. But still. I should at least have explained myself to my boss before-hand it might have tempered his expectations.

Otherwise, there were some small genuine mistakes, but nothing major.

They’re still the kind that make you look bad.
