Hey everyone.. Me and my friend have been working together on learning to p shift (she is a couple of years older than me) and she can p-shift into her Tiger form whenever she wants to, she is amazing at it! I’m not so good but can shift into my Black Panther.. But her and her partner are planning on having a baby and she wanted me to ask what will happen to her baby when she is pregnant and shifts?

I dont think she should shift while she is pregnant. You see, it will only be her shifting and not the baby, and a tigress body is not able to hold a human baby, for obvious reasons. So, she may not vbe able to shift while she is pregnant or it may affect the bay.
