After much delay...
It has been a long time since I have been to this site, but I do have something to update!
I started working out shortly before the new year and I have been going regularly!!! My friend and I have been doing a lot of yoga/pilates, but I try to squeeze in as much cardio and weight training as I can. I’m already slimmer and feelin’ fine!!! My husband joined the gym, too so he’s been working out as well.
I’m going tonight for some cardio and weights. It’s a great stress reliever.
