One thing that gets me about Buddhism is that it doesn’t believe in souls and I don’t know if I could be a fully pledged Buddhist knowing this fact. I believe everyone has a soul and this is what leaves your body when you die. I don’t know, I’ve just always believed that we have a soul without really questioning it. But I’m a bit confused as to how someone reaches Nirvana in Buddhism without having a soul. What is other that goes to nirvana? I’ve been learning about Buddhism for quite a while now and am a little surprised at how I have only just come across this bit of information.
