I realized how much I bite my nails today. Everytime I felt stressed (which happened alot today) I went for my nails. While I didn’t actually bite my nails, its really hard to not when my body really wants me to. I should probably try and replace this bad habit with a better one, maybe it will reverse my need to bite my nails. Well, i’m going to start school again tomorrow, so i’m waking up at 6 am, thats probably going to be hard on this goal, because of the stress. But on the bright side, maybe my, wake up when my alarm clock goes off goal can be accomplished tomorrow, wish me luck guys! (and girls)
