I ran 15.84 miles yesterday… just for the record. ;)

And whenever I refer to myself and “running,” I am referring to a walk-run cycle. Also just for the record. I did not, by any means, run nearly 16 miles without stopping.

Hey there’s nothing wrong with a run-walk cycle. Some of the best training programs recommend running for nine minutes and walking for one, or building up until you can do that. I’m excited for you as I read your progress on this. Go Amy!

Make no mistake—I have no shame about my walk/run running. :) I just wanted to clarify, in case someone read my entry and wondered how I went from couch potato to running 16 miles without slowing down or some such. Haha. Thanks for the encouragement!
