I’ve been juicing recently. Bought a used juicer for $160. It’s been going well. I juice for breakfast, and been eating nuts, raisins, trailmix, etc … for lunch to get enough protein. And at dinner, I eat a meal, usually sushi – much lighter food.
I eliminated all sodas, 99% sugar from my intake.
I currently run once a week. Wanna work up to doing more exercise.
Sleep, I’ve worked on that yet. I sleep late, wake up early. I take a nap during lunch break. I’ll work on this one soon.
