Im sick and tired of seeing these people come on here and say ‘i wanna become a werewolf soooo bad someone please give me some tips on how to p-shift.Well first of all you have to be born or bitten by a werewolf.You dont have to be born where did you think the first werewolf came from? a bite obliviously or a magic spell.PEOPLE THINK. So second of all not everyone is a wolf you have to find your spirit animal and try and shift into that.Thirdly you cant just pshift you have to start from changing mentally and from there the pysical changes can start. If you hope straight to pshifting something wrong will happen and its very painful for some.Like think of everything in your body just changing and taking new shape.oh so you think a needle hurts? will pshifting hurts 234523534553645 times more. And some people on here dont wanna do any research they jsut wanna p-shift and some say its there goal. And then i hear some say i dont need mediation.Ahem people without mediation it would take years so what you guys need to do is start doing Zen Mediation. If you dont knwo what it is then google it. You guys should try and cleanse your chakras also they have a big part in p-shiting. You guys shouldn’t also just mediate any were if your home make a sacred space surround it with crystals/rocks/salt. But no… no one wants anythign to do with something that doesn’t really involve p shifting. THey just wanna shift well thats stupid. So look up mediation and how to clean your chakras. You should also use mudras and mantras. Know what go look up on youtube and type in ‘mediation music’ or meditation music’
