Before this month, I found myself drinking about 6-8, 12oz, pops a day. I have reduced the amount of pop I drink a day just by following a new rule: Every time I drink a soda, I must drink a bottle of water before I have another soda. This rule also helps my “drink more water” goal. So far, I have cut my soda consumption by about 1/2 and have upped my water drinking by 4 bottles a day. :) I have also starting drinking more milk again, which makes me very happy, because I love milk.
