it may sound like the wrong way to stop obsessing, or the easy way even, but i assure you it was hard. is hard. i started losing weight!
ultimately it was about control, and once i changed my eating habits i regained that sense of control. on a side note, doubling or tripling workouts did nothing for me, only changing the diet helped.
i’m still losing, and have a bit further to go, but in slow carb eating i think i have found a lifestyle that i can maintain indefinitely. and it helps to have a significant other who’s on the same road.
