I had mentioned to my father that I wanted to see “Cirque” over again after seeing many commercials run for “OVO” on the local tv stations. Once my mother began to mention she wanted to go too, my father began to look for tickets and so they invited my boyfriend and I to go. I had just met my boyfriend a few months prior so my mother and father purchased both of our tickets as a gift to spend some time with us. (My rents had met my significant other before this, but they never had an extended period of time to talk and get to know each other.) I remember meeting them at the front of the tent. Walking from the parking deck in Atlantic Station to that location was pretty uncomfortable considering it was one of the coldest winter nights and it was snowing. Inside the tents the main lobby was bustling and it was warm. We sat in our seats and enjoyed great music and a wonderful performance. Once I have a “cushy” budget again I will definitely want to catch the next show that comes into town. So that’s “Allegria” and “Ovo” crossed off my list.
