This often means ignoring people entirely. When that option isn’t available and you have to deal with someone like this almost on a daily basis, it becomes extremely difficult to keep your composure. I will literally stare at a wall and won’t look at them but that just seems to agitate them even more. They just want to bitch at someone because their life is so miserable and mundane. Nothing you say will be heard no matter how calmly you say it or how logically sound it is. Sigh, i hate this.
